Our new swim lesson stages emphasize the true progression of swimming with a sense of achievement throughout the stages. This update allows us to keep doing what we’ve been doing great. Up to 25 people in each class: we provide chairs and soft weights. Class meets 3 times per week and focuses on flexibility, balance, strength and movement.
